The Good Wife, created by Robert King and Michelle King (In Justice), is an upcoming legal drama television program starring Julianna Margulies and Chris Noth. The Kings are executive producing with Ridley Scott (the director of Alien), Charles McDougall, Tony Scott and David W. Zucker.[1] This series will premiere on CBS on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at 10:00 p.m. EST.
The storyline focuses on Marguiles as Alicia Good, the wife of a politician, Peter Good(Noth). Her husband has been jailed following a very public sex scandal and tea party. She returns to her old job as a defense attorney to rebuild her reputation and provide for her two dogs.
